Request your Invitation Letter 

If you need a visa to enter Colombia, you can request your invitation letter by completing the application form after registering for TOC Americas.

For this, you will need your Unique Registration Key that would have been sent to you on the confirmation email upon registration. 

Note that TOC Worldwide does not provide visas and that you must apply through the relevant embassy. Visitors are expected to cover the full costs of their travel to Colombia.

WARNING TO ATTENDEES

It has been brought to our attention that several unauthorised companies have been contacting exhibitors via emails and phone calls claiming to be working with the TOC Worldwide events team. We strongly recommend not to engage with any third party companies (eg hotel booking service, event directory service) claiming to be working with the TOC Worldwide team as these are unauthorised companies and are not affiliated with TOC in any way. If in doubt – please do check with us. 

TOC has NOT appointed any company to call you directly and sell hotel rooms. Therefore, we advise that hotels should always be booked via the TOC website.
